The place was fairly clean with amiable staff members. Location: the hotel was just next door to stores and restaurants. Went to Jr's Bar for drink or two, set within a close distance from the property.

The Queen Studio Suite was spacious. The hotel was clean, and the friendly staff added to a pleasant atmosphere. I encountered issues with inconsistent room service, sheets didn't seem freshly laundered and required multiple requests for assistance. The location, while convenient to shopping, could benefit from better onsite management as there seemed to be confusion at check-in relating to room allocations.

We explored the nearby national park and went hiking. The hotel was clean and had a nice pool. Great amenities like fridges and microwaves in the room were super helpful for our snacks. Would definitely recommend staying here!
The only downside was that we experienced some confusion with check-in times, similar to what others faced with getting their rooms sorted.

We had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the wonderful breakfast and the clean, spacious double room. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Jasper, and the sun loungers were a good touch.
